Quartz Nature puts everything into play to ensure that the garments we produce are of the highest quality. We guarantee our garments against any workmanship or material defaults spanning the typical lifetime of a parka (usually 3-4 years). This guarantee is only applicable to the original owner. Our warranty policy does not cover damages caused by inappropriate use, inadequate maintenance, accidental damage (rips, burns, etc.), normal wear and tear and discoloration. If your parka appears to de defective in either material or workmanship, please contact the dealer and he will make arrangements to ship the coat to us.

You must include a proof of purchase with your claim. Please also ensure that the coat is washed before bringing it to your local dealer, as coats that arrive dirty will be returned before further inspection may take place. Once the defect has been evaluated, Quartz Nature will either repair or replace the parka.
